Theo | Natural Newborn Session | Dallas

Check out this sweet little natural newborn session in Dallas! I love how peaceful looking this session was. Everything was clean, white, and neutral, which is ideal for a natural newborn session. I love this new family of three and how they included their puppy in the pictures! So cozy! I also loved including some of their treasured items, like mom’s teddy bear from when Theo’s parents were dating. It truly adds a whole new level of sentiment to the session. Read more

Tarpley | Rustic Maternity Styled Photography | Richardson

As promised, here is the rustic maternity styled session that I told you I would post of the Tarpley’s and their family of (almost) four! I absolutely LOVED this location. There were barns and old fences, sunlight dripping through the trees, and old buildings laced between pebble roads and giant green trees. It was the perfect background for a rustic maternity styled session. I usually shoot in the Richardson area, but this was worth the drive! If you’re interested in our mini session day, we will be shooting at this location. Not to mention…LAUREN’S STYLE…amazing. Don’t you just love the floral dress? Ummm, we all do. Want it? Here’s a similar style from the same store!  Read more

Beckett | Plano Newborn Lifestyle Photographer

I absolutely LOVED capturing this sweet friend of mine and her precious little newborn boy, Beckett! Being a lifestyle photographer, I met her at her home in Plano where we had decided upon capturing their newly grown family of four. We love offering this service to our new moms. Getting out of the house is tough when they’re little, so we love coming to you! What an adorable and inviting home for a lifestyle photographer! Everything was light and bright in her modern, beautifully designed home. Lauren is also a photographer herself! She did my most recent maternity shoot, and you might recognize her from Barefeet’s recent photography workshop. We’re hosting another in November. Read more

Clara | Indoor Newborn Photography | Allen

I love this amazing Allen family! From the first time I did their family shoot when big sis was just a year old, to seeing their growing family…it’s all been a joy. I was able to capture miss Clara, their second daughter, for this indoor newborn photography session in Allen. She was a sweet little dream baby! Her precious little face was made to take pictures of, and she is SO loved by her big sister! Read more

Marlow | Natural Light Newborn Photographer | Richardson

I always love photographing this family. To see how much they have grown and changed in the past few years is amazing!! For this particular shoot, we decided to use a park in Richardson to capture this growing clan. As a natural light newborn photographer, I decided that this was the perfect setting. This lovely little family has just welcomed their first little gal into their family of boys. To say the momma is thrilled is an understatement! Bring on the bows! We dressed sweet little Marlow up in some precious lace and tiny bows to add to the girlie vibe of this shoot. As I arrived for the photo session, I could see that the Mom was a little frazzled. She was worried that Marlow wouldn’t cooperate because she hadn’t been sleeping well. Read more

Daulton Family | turquoise table | Richardson Family Photographer

I’m in love with the turquoise table revolution. Oh goodness!! You know when the perfect lighting meets the sweetest REAL family meets the best location? That was this Garland photo session. It was seriously pure joy to get to capture the giggles and smiles shared by these guys. I was able to use this family’s own front yard as some major inspiration for a session that was truly magical. And the front yard turquoise table? Read the story about that here. Promise it will inspire you to have community with your neighbors (and maybe paint your own turquoise table)!! Read more

Love • Momma • Gardening | Dallas Lifestyle Photographer

I’m so excited about this new project I’ve been working on!! It’s the #lovemommaseries that you might have seen me posting about if you follow me on Instagram or Facebook. Basically, I’ve been capturing images of what Mommas love to do with their kids from the perspective of a lifestyle photographer. Whether that be getting out in nature, baking, sewing, crafting or whatever, I capture it. It’s showing how we “stay-at-homers” do things while we’re with our kiddos all day. Read more
